Shipping & Returns

Delivery Period

If a product is not in stock, please query the delivery period from support@atific.fi.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, we exchange any goods or refund your money, provided you contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order (fourteen (14) days in Finland). The returned product must be unused and in the original packaging.

Before returning, please contact us (email: contact@atific.fi).

Customers outside Finland, please note: Atific is not responsible for costs incurred in returning correctly supplied and undamaged goods.

Shipping Options

Outside Finland: UPS only.

E-mail delivery to address given when registered to our shop.

Shipping and Handling

All the prices are indicated without Shipping and Handling fees. The applicable fee is added to the price when making the purchase.

Prices and Tax Charges

Atific reserves the right to alter or amend the specifications and/or prices of the products offered for sale, or withdraw them completely without prior notice.

Prices include 22% VAT in EU countries. The amount of total tax is seen on Order Confirmation page.

Ownership of Goods

All products belong to Atific until they are fully paid.

Bank transfer, and online with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard.

University Program

The purpose of the university program is to support the work of educational and academic institutes.

Atific reserves the right to verify the customer's entitlement for special pricing, and cancel the order if the information is incorrect or unavailable.
