1. Registration

The making of an order requires registering an account. In connection with the first order customer must:
a) to register as a customer by informing name and other compulsory information to the customer register of Atific Ltd.
b) gives permission that the Atific Ltd. registers personal data to its customer register.
c) the customer commits himself to give the right information.

The customer must be at least 18 years old.

2. Validity of the order

2.1. The communication between the parties is done either by e-mail, by mail or by telephone. The customer will commit himself, after having made his or hers order to receive the order acknowledgement, to monitor his or hers e-mail.
2.2. The binding commercial agreement becomes valid when, Atific Ltd. has sent an order acknowledgement by e-mail.
2.3. The customer has a right by e-mail, by mail or by telephone before the delivery of the order cancel the whole order or parts of the order. The delivery has been performed when a part of the order or announcement that the order can be fetched from the post office has been delivered.
2.4. After the making of the customer's order the Atific Ltd. does not have a right to change terms of agreement.
